Marshmallow Puffs Directions:
We used semisweet chocolate chips, but dark chocolate or milk chocolate would also taste great. Also, either creamy or chunky peanut butter will work here, it’s really a matter of preference.
- Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving an inch or two of overhang, butter or spray the foil with cooking spray. Arrange marshmallows in pan.
- In a microwave safe combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring as needed, until melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the marshmallows. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Using the foil, life the candy from pan. Carefully remove the foil from the candy and place candy on a cutting board. Cut between the marshmallows and serve.
