Peanut Butter Frosting Directions:

I’ve made this with a non-dairy butter substitute and it still tasted great.

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the frosting ingredients in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

If you love peanut butter, you have to try this frosting. It has a very light and fluffy texture, and really packs a peanut butter flavor. In fact it tastes just like the inside of a peanut butter ball. Super delicious.

I originally made it to go with a Banana Chocolate Chip cake, however this frosting would be perfect for a chocolate cake or brownies (or by the spoonful). Because it has a really light texture, I think it could also be used to dip with crackers, cookies, pretzels and such for a delicious but a not-so-healthy snack.
