This weeks menu plan is full of new recipes and I continue my grilling theme. We only have a few months of sunny weather here in the Pacific Northwest, so we have to enjoy our outdoor cooking and eating while we can!
My oldest daughter turns 16 this week (where does the time go?), so we are going to have another special birthday dinner and attempt to recreate an old favorite. She wants a chocolate mousse cake, but with lots of eggs in the original recipe, I’ll have to get a bit creative to make this egg-free for her.
